Experience SUMMIT One Vanderbilt's three visitor floors, immersive AIR installations and LEVITATION glass ledges with the selected timed General Admission ticket. The additional ascent experience, premium guided/skip-the-line experience and Edge combination ticket are not included. Food, drinks and personal expenses are excluded. Allow approximately 1–2 hours. The Adult category is for ages 13 and over; children aged 0–5 enter free. Arrive at the booked time: being more than 20 minutes late may result in refused entry. Any rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee; late arrival or absence does not guarantee a refund. Show the mobile voucher directly for entry. The entrance is inside Grand Central Terminal, on the Main Concourse level in Vanderbilt Passage. Address: 45 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10017. Re-entry is not allowed after leaving. Wear comfortable shoes that will not damage mirrored floors; stilettos, steel-toed boots and cleats are prohibited. Trousers, shorts or leggings are recommended because of reflective floors. Bring sunglasses for a daytime visit. There is no luggage storage; large bags, suitcases and outside food or drink are not permitted beyond security. Weather can affect visibility without guaranteeing rescheduling.
