Choose one day at either Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure with this 1-Day 1-Park ticket. Admission is to one of those two parks on the date printed on the ticket. It does not include park-to-park access, the Hogwarts Express, Epic Universe, Volcano Bay, Universal Express or separately ticketed events. Tips, personal expenses, parking and additional paid activities are excluded. The Adult category is for ages 10 and over. Children aged 0–2 enter free. The ticket is non-transferable and must be used by the same person; biometric checks may be used at entry. Present the mobile voucher and valid photo ID directly at entry. Address: Universal Orlando Resort, 6000 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. Follow the printed ticket date and normal park operating hours. Attractions can close or change due to maintenance, capacity, weather or special events. Wheeled bags and suitcases are prohibited; storage may be available for a separate fee. Cancellation and changes: the current supplier terms permit a refund before redemption if the ticket is unexpired, wholly unused, unmodified and unexchanged.
